If you do not take out travel cancellation insurance the following cancellation fees apply – up to 30 days before arrival: no charge, 29 days to 3 days before arrival: 50 % and 2 days or less before arrival and in the event of early departure: 100 % of the booked arrangements.
Your room is available for you from 14:00 on the day you arrive. On the day you are due to depart, we request that you vacate your room by 11:00.
We offer special conditions for our little guests. Children up to the age of 2 stay the night free of charge, while children aged from 3 to 11 get a 50 % discount and those aged between 12 and 14 get a 30 % discount. These perks apply when children are staying in their parents’ room.
Your four-legged friend is welcome here with us. Please note that dogs are not permitted access to the dining area. There is a charge of 35.00 € per day, feed not included.
For stays of less than three nights, we charge a small additional cost of 10 % per day and person.
For solo occupancy of a double room we charge a 50 % surcharge on the category price. However, this does not apply to single rooms.
Anyone over the age of 14 pays local taxes of 1.50 € per night, to provide a contribution to sustainable tourism development in our region. This fee is not included in the price of your stay and is payable while you are here.
No refund is available should you not avail of individual services.
For a room reservation to be binding, we request a deposit of 300 €, which you can settle conveniently via credit card.
You can settle your bill in cash, via debit card or credit card.
